Hi again!
Today I have another easy recipe, and it’s an avocado pasta sauce. It is SO CREAMY. I love this sauce! It’s a nice change from a normal pesto, alfredo, or red sauce- and best part? You’re getting some greens in!
I used a food processor for this recipe, but again, don’t worry if you don’t have one. It’s been tested in a blender as well, so you’re more than welcome to use that.
I’m also going to give the step by step format a try again. Please let me know if you’re liking it or not!
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp. pine nuts
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Dash paprika
- Few drops of lemon juice
- Salt
Recipe
1. Start by adding all ingredients to the food processor or blender. A few dashes of salt will work for now.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with more salt or lemon juice to taste.

3. Once seasoned to taste, you’re ready to enjoy! I love this on pasta, but it’s also good mixed in with rice.
