Here’s a quick appetizer for any upcoming holiday parties you may have: crostini’s!😋
These are super easy, and only require a few ingredients. You can use store bought crostini bread ready to go, or make your own by slicing sourdough bread and toasting it with olive oil. You then spread goat cheese over the toasted bread, top with sliced sun-dried tomatoes and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Roasted pumpkin seeds are one of my favorite snacks during Halloween! Recipe is below!😋
Start by separating the seeds from the pumpkin guts (save the guts - these can be repurposed too!) Once the seeds are separated, rinse them off and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Take out, and toss the seeds with some olive oil and sea salt, spread back onto the pan, and bake another 20 minutes.🎃
If you saved the guts, place those in a pot with 4-5 cups of water, and boil for about 20 minutes. Strain the guts, and bam! Pumpkin stock for your next fall soup!🍵🧡
